Today, Ministry of Information announce that they will allow to publish private owned daily newspaper. If someone want to do such types of business, he shall apply the Ministry of Information. Private Owned Daily Newspaper will be allowed from April 1, 2013. And it is only for the citizens. Sole proprietor or group of person shall allow such business.
